Be A Volunteer
Brooklyn Young Filmmakers goal is to create a low cost, intergenerational, filmmaking minor league. We want to give Brooklyn teens and adults from low-income communities a firsthand introduction to the diverse careers in the film industry and how to network to get work. We are also committed to helping bring creative and diverse human resources onto the campuses of Brooklyn public housing.
We have a lot of people who volunteer with us who want to learn. What we need to grow are people who want to share the skills and talents they already have developed.
